If my my logo/image is not formatted correctly on the product and I submit this to you, will this be amended?
Yes, we can assure you that if your picture or text is not displayed correctly at the time of submission, we will align it appropriately for you.
Do you create embroidery designs?
No, unfortunately we do not provide this service
Do you print business cards and flyers?
No, we do not provide this service.
What file format does my pictures/designs need to be?
We advise our customers to submit PNG files, however we do accept other
Please note that that we will print the picture that is uploaded and therefore any pictures that requires background removal, will need to be carried out prior to upload. However should you require assistance in doing this, please contact us.
Do you supply specialist text prints, such as glitter effects?
Yes we have a variety of glitter materials in colours such as; gold, silver and red. Should you require this, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.
How do I provide additional information regarding my custom prints at "check out?"
On the Cart page there is a "Add a note to your order" link, click on this and enter your comments in the box and we will receive this along with your order.

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we currently print for several small businesses and often receive bulk orders. Should you have a query regarding a bulk order, please contact us via the methods mentioned above and we will be happy to assist you and provide you with a quotation.
How long long will it take to receive customised products?
United Kingdom: 2-5 working days
Europe: 4-10 working days
Worldwide: 5-10 working days
Will you be offering a faster service?
Yes we will be looking into creating faster turnaround times on a variety of our items. However should you require an item urgently (i.e. next day delivery), feel free to contact us and we will let you know if this can be achieved.

What quality is the Diamanté collection T Shirts?
These designs are made on our premium range T shirts.
What temperature should I wash the diamanté clothing?
You can wash the garment on a cold wash or low heat (i.e. up to 30 degrees), on a delicate cycle.
